The hotel is situated on a lively street in the 15th district, with the vibrant bustle of local markets and typical French boutiques. Porte de Versailles exhibition centre is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Many of Paris' main attractions are just a short metro or bus ride away. All the medium-sized rooms are very simply and basically furnished, but of good quality, having recently been refurbished with new bed bases and mattresses as well as fitted carpets, all bedrooms are very proper. The colour schemes vary but most are decorated in light pastel colours. Bathrooms are small, but are neat and of a good standard. Hair dryers are available on request. The hotel has got "a dining room" where continental breakfast is served; it is located on the ground floor, next to the lobby. The smart lobby is medium in size and features some seating areas where guests can relax. There are drawings and paintings of local artists exhibited in the lobby, which may be purchased.
