Renovated in 2004, this complex comprises a total of 16 apartments spread over a 2-storey main building and two annexe buildings. Facilities include a lobby, safes and a TV room. There is also the opportunity to rent out bicycles and mountain bikes. There are car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car as well as a bicycle storage room. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground. Room, laundry and medical services round off the services on offer.

Centrally located in Alcudia, these aparments are very close to the beach and resort centre. Nearby, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Location: The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for a family holiday right by the beach. The resort of Alcudia itself is known as one of the top family resorts in Majorca and the apartment is perfectly situated only minutes away from the main resort of Alcudia, in the beach direction.
Getting Around: The picturesque port of Alcudia and marina is also only approx. 3 minutes away by car, although you may also get there by walking along the entire stretch of the Alcudia beachfront which is a beautiful walk in the evening as you can see all the resorts lit up reflecting along the bay. Once you reach the Port, this boasts even more restaurants, bars and beautifully situated cafes right on the beachfront itself.
Accommodation: All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds as well as a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
