This 3-star small and charming hotel is centrally located in the Baker Street/ Regents Park area, with excellent transport links nearby and walking distance to many major attractions. Comfortable accommodation with small, but good-quality, newly decorated (2006) modern rooms and amenities. ***LOCATION*** This hotel boasts excellent central location in the heart of London, just 2 minutes walk away from Baker Street tube station, served by 5 different tube lines. The hotel is within walking distance of many of London's famous attractions Madame Tussaud's (3 mins), Regents Park (1 min), London Zoo and the shops of Oxford Street (10mins). Easy access from Heathrow airport by train to nearby Paddington station and direct bus service from Baker Street to Luton and Stansted airports. ***EXTERIOR*** This 6-storey Edwardian terrace hotel is in keeping with the character of local residential buildings. ***ROOMS*** The rooms and bathrooms were fully renovated in 2006. They are reported to be quite small but are very clean, well maintained and with modern bathrooms. Rooms are tastefully designed with warm colours and pine wooden furniture. ***RESTAURANTS & BARS*** There is no restaurant in the hotel however there the comfortable ground floor lounge is open all day where you can enjoy complementary tea and coffee throughout the day. A continental buffet breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9.30 am. (Upon request, an early breakfast can be arranged for guests departing before 7.30 am).

The hotel is centrally located in the Baker Street area, just few minutes from the station and its excellent connections to all London, shopping districts, and tourist attractions. Close to Madame Tussauds exhibition and Planetarium. For guests arriving from Stansted and Luton airports, there is a bus service that stops outside Baker Street station. All rooms are of a modern style and bathrooms are in good condition. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV, direct dial telephone, modern furniture, and Internet access at a small charge. Not available. There is a breakfast room located at the ground floor, next to the sitting area with a large plasma screen TV. Complimentary fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate and fresh brewed tea are available through the day from the vending machine. The entrance to the hotel has a small but practical reception desk at the left side and a seating area on the right side. Opposite the entrance is the lift to the various floors. Typical white townhouse, dated back to 1880, in keeping with surroundings. Very pleasant, modern hotel with friendly staff. Good value for money.(0608AB)
