The hotel is located only a few metres from the train station and approximately 10 minutes walk from the Jewish Ghetto. The area is lively with many shops, bars, and restaurants and it is only 5 minutes away, by boat, from the Rialto Bridge. Also the parking and bus terminals of Piazzale Roma are within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes, or 2 minutes’ journey by boat. Venice airport is 12 kilometres away, about 20 to 30 minutes ride by car.

The rooms vary in size and style. They are in good condition even if a bit dated. The bathrooms are clean and also in good condition but a little old fashioned. They are equipped with all the modern facilities proper of a 3-star hotel.

There is a spacious breakfast room on the ground floor.

The lobby is large, disposed in length towards the breakfast room. There is a welcoming atmosphere and few seating areas with armchairs and coffee tables.
