Located on the third and fourth floors (with lift) of a palace overlooking the very heart of the Grand Canal between the Rialto Bridge and Ca Foscari, in the real geografic center of Venice. Once the apartment of the architect Angelo Scattolin, it has recently been renovated, maintaining a balance between original period furnishings and modern convenience. Guests will consequently savor the ambiance of a Venetian home with all of the modern comforts. The house is for non smokers.

Get off at PiazzaleRoma that is the last stop (it takes you about 20 mns):Arriving by car at the Piazzale Roma car-terminal, we suggest you to park in these garage where you can also book your place on-line: http:www.urbislimen.netengindex.htmlArriving by train at the Santa Lucia Railway Station:at Piazzale Roma (or at Santa Lucia Railway Station) ask at the information point ACTV for the public boat (http:www.actv.itenglishnavigazione.php?pagina=tariffevaporetto) # 1 in direction of S.Marco (it takes you about 15 mns).
