The elegant Atlanta Augustus is nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the Venetian Lagoon, in a central location on the Lido residential island, close to Saint Mark and other landmarks. You can easily reach the heart of Venice 24 hours a day by public water bus, the so called vaporetto, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city, knowing you can retreat to a comfortable and elegant establishment. The Lido itself is a very interesting location: golf, tennis, jogging and bicycling are just few of the many entertaining activities available in a setting full of charm and romance. The Lido, largest island of the Lagoon, also offers a world famous beach and Casino, both only at 5 minutes’ walking distance from the Atlanta Augustus. Each of the rooms boasts its unique atmosphere, individually decorated during the recent refurbishment; some of the triple rooms and suites overlook the canal and have a balcony or small terrace, and all are carefully detailed to offer you maximum comfort and a pleasant stay.

This is a nice property in a very good and quiet location with a professional and friendly staff. There are canal view rooms, superior or deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a stunning view of both the lagooon and the sea. (CQ 05/06)

Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, close to all the amenities, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to San Marco square. A small typical Venetian canal allows water taxi access just at the entrance of the hotel.

Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in modern style. They are luminous and comfortable, well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms also are in very good condition.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor on the left of the bar and in the same style with yellow table clothes and big colourful paintings on the walls.

A few steps lead to the small but very well-presented lobby. There is a nice rug on the floor and a rounded table with a big vase of flowers just in the middle of the room to welcome guests. On the right of the entrance there is the reception desk and on the left a small luminous and bright bar.

White, 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea.
