The hotel offers elegant and professional service at small prices, without renouncing important quality items such as toothbrushes, soap and foam bath, shampoo and shower cap. The hotel also provides boots for free when high water occurs.

Brand new hotel in a perfect position: only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia). Rooms are very bright and lie on 4 floors (no lift), but we just opened three new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 stairsteps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (this three rooms have bathroom ensuite). They are all very well equipped and our guest can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with sharing bathroom on the floor (cheaper). Anyhow, every room has tv color (we are also buying a new satellite), airconditioningheating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, selfcare stuffs, balcony with flowers on reguest (view on a typical venecian Calle). We also installed a wireless lan system which is currenlty not yet activated, but that will become a value added service starting from June 2005). Our breakfast room has been opened on May the 12th, and its also a wonderful living room with a small bar which works all day long.

The rooms of this hotel are surely superior for its standard. (CQ11/04) Excellent value for money.

Renovated in 2005, all of the 35 rooms in this hotel lie on the 4th floor (no lift), while there are 3 wheelchair accessible rooms on the ground floor (only three steps). The breakfast room is also a pleasant lounge with a small bar, which is open throughout the day.

This family-friendly hotel affords an idyllic, peaceful location at the heart of Venice, which is completely car-free. St. Mark's Square is some 20 minutes walk away and there are many shops, Venetian glassworks, gourmet stores, Internet cafes, restaurants and bars to browse along the Canal Grande. The main train station, Santa Lucia, lies around 150 m away whilst it is approximately 3 km to the beaches of the Lido. Venice airport is 9 km away whilst it is some 40 km to Treviso airport.
