The hotel is located in the heart of Venice in a peaceful square named Campo Santa Marina. It is just 10 minutes' walking distance from San Marco Square and 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. The nearest boat stop is Rialto. The hotel also has its own private pier for access by water taxi and 5 metres away there is a pier for bigger boats.

Rooms vary in size from medium to large; they have been recently refurbished and are equipped with all the modern comforts. They are tastefully decorated in traditional Venetian style and are in very good condition along with the stylish bathrooms.

The hotel has no restaurant. However, there are 2 breakfast rooms, one of which is a non-smoking environment, and a bar. For the fine season there is also a romantic patio located in an inner courtyard.

The lobby is medium in size and very pretty with marble floors covered by rugs, flowers everywhere, and elegant furniture. There is a comfortable seating area tastefully decorated and with beautiful pictures on the walls. The lobby opens up to the 2 breakfast rooms, the bar, and the reading room.

The hotel is a typical, 3-storey Venetian building painted yellow, with green Venetian blinds and flowers at each window.

This is a very good property, recently renovated, and located in a central, but quiet, location. It is made up of 2 separate buildings at approximately 30 metres distance from each other, in the secondary building there is no lift. Breakfast and check-in/out procedure take place in the main building. A porter is always available to escort guests to the secondary building. CQ 02/07

From Santa Lucia train station or from Piazzale Roma (Bus terminal and parking lot): The hotel is easy to reach using public transportation: Vaporetto (waterbus) no. 2 or 1 to the Rialto stop. From there, walk through S. Bortolomeo Square , Salizada S.Lio, Calle Carminati, Calle Malvasia, Calle del Dose until you reach Santa Marina Square, where the hotel is located. By water taxi, which will take you directly to the hotel.From the Venice Marco Polo Airport Public transportation: Shuttle bus (ACTV or ATVO) to the Piazzale Roma and then take the waterbus to the RIALTO stop, from which you can walk through S. Bortolomeo Square and Salizada S. Lio until you reach Santa Marina Square, where the hotel is located. Take the ALILAGUNA shuttle service from the airport to St. Marks Square or Fondamente Nuove, from where you can continue on foot. Water taxi, which will take you directly to the hotel in about 30 minutes.
