Hotel Palazzo Guardi, situated in the Accademia area of Venice, in Rio San Trovaso, 10 minutes on foot from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge, is a lovely 15th century property, combining its original charming atmosphere with modern comfort. The 3-star Palazzo Guardi Hotel, housed in a 16th century Venetian Palace, has been completely re-modeled and transformed into a beautifully individual property without losing any of its period style.

Opened by Andrea and Lucio in 2004, this intimate hotel, named after the famous painter Francesco Guardi, is just a few steps away from the world famous Accademia Gallery which houses many of his works - it is, in fact, said that many of his paintings were inspired by the panoramic views from some of the Palazzo Guardi windows. In addition to the main part of the hotel being in the palazzo itself, additional rooms are located in neighbouring historic buildings - all are spacious and truly elegantly decorated in a rich and traditional Venetian style.
