Hotel Siviglia, centrally located (near Piazza della Repubblica), is a nice building of the end of last century renewed just last year 1995. The guests will find is quiet, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Fully equipped rooms and parking. It is equipped for handicapped persons with an elevator and a special room.

There is a roof garden on the 4th floor adorned with plants and flowers with panoramic view. Car parking is available although the spaces (3) are very limited and the cost price is 6 Eur per day. 07/06 A.DP.

Hotel is located close to Termini Station in a quiet area only few minutes’ walk from the Castro Pretorio metro stop.

The rooms vary in size and are furnished in a traditional style. They offer all the modern comforts and are in good condition. The bathrooms are in good condition, too.

The hotel has no restaurant. The breakfast room is well-appointed, with wooden panelling on the walls and tiled floors.

The lobby is small in size but very well appointed with marble floors and area rugs. There are few seats on the left of the reception area next to the bar. A few steps lead to another seating area adorned with plants and pictures.

This is a typical 4-storey Roman building in keeping with the surroundings.

Hotel Siviglia is an attractive and homely hotel built in the classic Roman mansion style. Situated some 800 metres to the north of the Termini Railway Station there are shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Castro Pretorio Underground Station is within 200 metres.
