Built in pure Palladian style with Art Nouveau decorations, the Hotel Des Bains, Venice Lido Resort welcomes international guests since 1900 and since then is the preferred holiday destination of many. Refurbished a few years ago, supplied with every type of modern comforts, the Hotel Des Bains has maintained a Belle Époque atmosphere. The hotel is located on the far side of the island of Lido, one of the group of islands that make up Venice, overlooking the beach.

The architecture of the rooms is classical in style with white walls. Suspended from the ceiling are Murano glass chandeliers. All the rooms are very spacious and the decorative style gives a Belle Epoque atmosphere. Elegantly furnished, they have decors of the highest standard. Many of the rooms have walk-in wardrobes and balconies with a spectacular vista of the Adriatic sea.

The Liberty restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine. You can have pizza in the casual Pagoda restaurant while enjoying a beautiful view from the terrace right on the beach. At sunset, the terrace of the Piano Bar Colony is ideal for quick snacks and cocktails.

The lobby is extremely large and furnished in an elegant style with polished wooden floors, beautiful glass chandeliers, and parquet floor. The sitting area is composed of islands of chairs and coffee tables, with every island with red carpet. In the middle of the room there is a big chandelier.

From Marco Polo airport take the public waterbus to St Marks Square, then join public line Waterbus Lines 1 or 82 to the Lido. From the Lido waterbus down the main street (Grand Vialle) past the Hotel Excelsior and turn right at the beach. The hotel will be located on that road on the right hand side.
