Villa Casanova is a typical 1930s villa, refurbished combining the ancient Chinese practice of Feng-Shui with modern principles of bio-architecture and engineering. As a result the establishment offers high-quality, environmentally friendly and safe accommodation.

Our charming Villa is located in the island of Lido, which since the Belle Epoque has been one of the trendiest resorts in Italy. Beautiful beaches, characteristic canals, elegant villas, breathtaking sceneries and Nature Reserves (Alberoni) make this island an oasis of peace and tranquillity at only few minutes form the crowded historic centre of Venice. We chose to refurbish our Villa combining the ancient Chinese practice of Feng-Shui with the ultra-modern principles of Architecture and Engineering to be able to offer our guests high quality, environmentally friendly and safe accommodation. All the building materials used are strictly non-toxic: cork, slaked lime, naturally polished travertino marbles and oil-polished wooden floors. We have applied Feng-Shui's (Wind and Water) colour rules in the interiors to create balance and harmony in each and every room. The beds in our guest rooms are positioned in the rigth energy position, the special lighting creates a warm, relaxing feeling. All rooms are fitted with devices for circuit breaking, which offer protection from electromagnetic fields, therefore ensuring a restful, pollution-free environment. Last but not least, our rich breakfast buffet offers a vast selection of scrumptious yet healthy, organic products.

The charming villa is located in a quiet residential area approximately 200 metres from the Lido pier which is 10 minutes by boat to San Marco Square.

The elegant, bright, and peaceful rooms have been totally refurnished according to the latest bio-architectural principles, offering high quality, environmentally friendly, and safe accommodation. The rooms, furnished following the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui, are medium in size, in excellent condition, and equipped with all the modern comforts. The bathrooms are also in extremely good condition.

There is a breakfast room on the ground floor, warm and well presented, overlooking the gardens, where in the warm season breakfast is served. The buffet breakfast offers a selection of organic products.

The lobby, on the ground floor, is small but pretty, with a few seats and a table with a big vase of fresh flowers.

The 2-storey villa dates back to the Belle Epoque when Lido was one of the trendiest resorts in Italy. It is surrounded by beautiful and sunny gardens and it is painted red with green shutters at the windows.

This is a small, charming property ideal for who prefers a homey atmosphere and a friendly and efficient quality of service, typical of a family-run business by tradition.
