From Central Railway station, get metro line number 3 (yellow) direction San Donato until Duomo Station. Then change to the metro line 1 (red) direction Bisceglie. get off in Gambara Station. Walk along Via Antonello da Messina for about 100m. The hotel is on right hand side.
