Opened in 2004, this hotel comprises a 4-storey main building with a total of 76 rooms of which 8 are single rooms and 68 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a lift and caf, an air-conditioned restaurant and a 120-m garden. A hairdressing salon, a bar and a TV room are also available. There is a conference room and a public Internet terminal with WLAN access. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotels car park or garage facilities. Room and laundry services are also offered.

The hotel is in a strategic position very close to the Romolo MM2 underground station. From here you can quickly reach the centre and the suggestive canal district. Just a few hundred metres away are the motorway and the ring roads.
