In an excellent position between the Fair Ground and San Siro stadium, the hotel is easy to reach due to the close distance from the tube stop Lotto from everywhere in the city, being only few stops from Milan main attractions, shopping areas and the main train stations. Its rooms are wide and well furnished with all kind of modern comforts such as indipendent A/C service , minibar, Safety box, Internet, telephone and satellite TV. The kind staff is also looking forward to welcome you in the special and warm atmoshpere of the ethnic restaurant Picanhas.

The hotel is close to the international exhibition area, the S. Siro Stadium, just in front of the underground metro station. It is 10 minutes by tube from the centre railway station and city centre.

Rooms are medium-sized and furnished in a pleasant style. They have blue carpet and cream walls and equipped with light wooden furniture. The curtains compliment the blue colour of the carpet and the bedspreads are soft with floral decorations.

The restaurant, 'Churrascaria Picanhas' offers a tropical atmosphere. A luminous and elegant area provides an international buffet.

The lobby is small in size but pleasantly decorated in a traditional style. In front of the wooden reception desk, there is a large red floral carpet. The area is bright due to the large windows that surround it. The sitting area is composed bofy blue easy-chairs and small coffee tables with flowers. The area is also surrounded by evergreen plants.

This is a 4-storey building in a traditional style.
