Originally an Augustine convent, this impressive 13th century building is situated in the heart of the city, facing the Ponte Vecchio, and alongside the Uffizi Gallery. This ancient Florentine residence has an enviable location on the Lungarno Archibusieri, and boasts striking panoramic views across the city. Florence’s sights and sounds are within easy reach and most of this magnificent city’s many attractions are within walking distance. Inside, the hotel features some beautiful original features. The well-preserved remains of an ancient medieval tower have been carefully combined with lovingly restored rooms, some with spectacular views. An American breakfast is available every morning in the breakfast room, which was once a ballroom and features 19th century frescoes and a view of the River Arno and Via dei Georgofili. There is also a superb panoramic bar with terrace and roof garden overlooking the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio.

This very centrally located hotel is situated next to Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and very close to the Gallery of Art.

The hotel has three different kinds of rooms: standard, executive and deluxe. The main difference is the view and the size, but all of them are carpeted. They are decorated in pastel colours and are of a very high standard, with a classic furniture. Bedspreads and curtains are nicely colour co-ordinated. Every floor is provided a pleasant sitting area composed of green sofas.

This hotel does not have a proper restaurant, but it does have a beautiful breakfast room on the top floor. It is well decorated, with paintings and frescos on the ceiling dating back to 1800. The room is lit by sparkling chandeliers.

The lobby is medium-sized, with a semi-circular sliding door. It is furnished in a refined and very elegant style, with marble floors and Venetian stucco works. Light colours are used for the floor and walls. The reception desk is at the right of the entrance, and in front of it there is a pleasant sitting area with comfortable green sofas. The building also provides guests with a library furnished with light brown furniture and sofas.

This property is an ancient Florentine house in an historical palace, dating back to 1200. It is a cream-coloured 5-storey block. On the top floor, there is the panoramic roof garden with an American bar, from which you can look out over the monuments and the Florentine hills.

The Deglih Orafi Hotel is an ancient Florentine residence, situated between the Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio, on the Archibusieri Arno embankment. The complex still holding historical outlets, which date back to 1200, such as the oly Agostino`s Father
onvent and enclosure. In side, recently and partially restored, remains of an ancient tower destroyed the Ghibellines in 1260, can still be seen. Marvellous frescos and coffered ceilings built and painted during the Florentine period.
