The Eurostars Regina hotel is located in the historical centre of the city across from the Parque de la Cartuja, San Lorenzo quarter, very close to the Fine Arts Museum (Museo de Bellas Artes) and the Basilica del Gran Poder, La Macarena, perfectly located for the shopping mall of Seville and the Isla Magica Theme Park in Cartuja Isle. Built in 1992 in Sevillian style, it has three patios. It was remodelled in 2001.

The hotel is located in the historical heart of Seville, close to the Expo 92 site and a few metres from the Barqueta Bridge.

Regina Hotel was constructed in 1992 in anticipation of the Seville Exposition. The building is a combination of two 19th century manor houses, with the Convent of the Sisters Salesianas in the middle. All the recently re-renovated rooms are spacious and decorated in pastels with light woods. This is an extremely well-run superior 3-star hotel offering friendly and excellent service.
