The hotel is situated in the old quarter of Marbella and is conveniently close to all amenities, places of interest and a fine beach.

All bedrooms are quite large and nicely decorated. The en-suite bathrooms are large and complete with bathtub and shower.

The hotel's large lobby is decorated to a high standard.

The hotel is housed in a traditional building, although it is modern in style and decor.

The Hotel El Fuerte, sister hotel to the El Fuerte Miramar, is situated in the centre of Marbella4 to the beach and suitable for those not wishing to hire a car, as the bars restaurants, shops and old town are just a short stroll away. The hotel is surrounded by 4,000 m2 of subtropical gardens and is situated on the beach front, separated by a small promenade. As expected of a hotel of this standard, it offers excellent service and facilities. The Hotel is only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.
At the El Fuerte there are 263 rooms, with private bathroom, hairdryer, air-conditioning / heating, sat-tv, telephone, pay TV, internet connection, mini-bar, safety deposit box (extra) and room service.
Traditional style hotel restaurant and a piano bar with terrace (live music), Beach restaurant available for lunch (closed in January) with fish and rice specialities. The Hotel restaurant serves breakfast buffet style but evening meals are waiter service.
The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool (seasonal), sunbeds by the pool. Fully equipped sports centre with bodybuilding, aerobic, stretching, spinning, cardiovascular circuit, aqua gym, sauna and Turkish bath.
