The lobby is small but convenient and offers a welcoming atmosphere. It is traditionally decorated, with fine leather sofas, lovely brass tables, crystal chandeliers, and marble floors and staircase.
The outer facade of the building is traditional sandstone colour with carved stonework. The shape of the building is quite unique. Although the hotel is a rounded corner building, there are balconies on every floor overlooking the main entrance.
