Rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition. The restaurant is on the ground floor. It is furnished and decorated in a modern style in dark brown and beige. The walls are decorated with beautiful black and white photographs of Nice. The lobby is large and furnished in a modern minimalist style using brown, grey and beige. This is a typical traditional building painted in grey. This property has been fully refurbished throughout and is in excellent condition. The choice of the sober decoration and colours represents quite a contrast to the exuberant, colourful surroundings of this hotel. (0707/ss )
