Grove Street is a quiet one way street, tucked discreetly away in the west end of Edinburgh. Here you can choose from 1 or 2 bedroom, modern, serviced apartments, each one offering you your own city pad. The open plan lounge has twin sofas, and a generous dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing your own meals - or dishing up that tasty takeaway - and comes complete with the all-important dishwasher. The two bedroom apartments have a choice of configurations: double/twin, twin/twin or double/single. The one bedroom is nice and simple: it has a double. In the lounge, our cable TV and CD player will keep your eyes and ears happy for days.

Each apartment is fully furnished including a bathroom with bath and shower, lounge/dining area with comfortable sofa, hi-fi, cable TV with sports channels and fully fitted kitchen featuring microwave, washing machine, cooker and dishwasher. These apartments are situated in Grove Street, a short walk from the Conference Centre in Edinburgh's west end. Princes Street is a 10-minute walk, and it is only 5 minutes' walk from Haymarket station. The apartments provide a quieter location than those hotels located right on Prices Street, without compromising on central location.

The apartments comprise one double bedroom, which is decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate a child.

There is no restaurant at this property, although there are many within walking distance, due to the central location of the property.

There is a small reception area. Clients arriving after 6pm weekdays and after 2pm weekends should call in advance to arrange key collection.

This is a modern street-facing complex with entryphone system.

The apartments are within easy walking distance of Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with cable television, CD player and free internet access. Guests will also receive a welcome pack including oven fresh baker's loaf, preserves, butter, breakfast cereals, fresh milk, tea coffee, sugar and biscuits. By car from the east (A1) - follow the A1 round to the north of the city. At the end of the dual carriageway continue ahead along the A199, at the next roundabout take the first exit left into A1140 Portobello Rd. Continue ahead along London Rd following signs for the City Centre and Princes St, bear left into Montrose Terrace and Regent Rd. Pass Leith St to the right and turn next left into North Bridge. Cross Cowgate, next left into Chambers St, next left Guthrie St then right into Cowgate. Continue straight ahead along Grassmarket, West Port and then Fountainbridge. At the roundabout with Gardeners Crescent continue ahead, then take the next right into Grove St, the Apartments are on the right. From the West - follow the A8 Corstorphine Rd into Haymarket, and follow signs for the City Centre. Continue past Haymarket Station and bear left into West Maitland St, then take the next right into Torphichen St. Cross the railway and bear right into Dewar St, then at the lights continue ahead into Gardners Crescent. At the end of Gardners Crescent at the roundabout turn right and then first right into Grove Street, the Apartments are on the right. By train - the apartments are
