Porto has an excellent variety of accommodation options with all tastes and budgets catered for.

The 5-star Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa is located just outside the historical centre and is one of the best hotels in the City.

In downtown Porto, the 4-star Infante de Sagres Hotel is located in a building from the 1950s, and it has still retained many of its original features, lending it plenty of atmosphere and charm.

There are also some excellent mid-range hotels in Porto. One of the best is the Quality Inn Batalha Porto Hotel, located in Praça da Batalha, in the old town. Another good 3-star Porto hotel is the HF Tuela Porto, which is situated in the Boavista district.

Those who would rather stay outside the city centre may want to try the 4-star Meliá Gaia-Porto Hotel, which is located in the town of Vila Nova de Gaia, south of Porto.
