There are several accommodation options to choose from in the beautiful and historic cathedral quarter of the city, which is popular with tourists. Try the White Hart (***), Duke William Hotel (***), Charlotte House (****) or the self-catering properties of Bail Mews.
For those on a budget, the Hillcrest Hotel (**) is an option not too far outside the historic centre, and is located next to Lincoln College. The Best Western Grand Hotel (**) is convenient for those travelling by rail, as it’s right beside the train station.
If you’d like to be near the vibrant nightlife of the Brayford Waterfront, you could try the Holiday Inn Lincoln (***) or the Courtyard by Marriot Lincoln (***). For those who’d like to stay in the business district of the city, there is the Holiday Inn Express Lincoln City Centre (***). It’s still only 5 or 10 minutes walk to the waterfront and shopping areas from here, and about 20 minutes to get to the Cathedral Quarter.
If you’d prefer a more rural setting outside the city, the Pyewipe Inn (***) could be the answer.
