There are several hotels within a short walk of the centre of Chesterfield. Mid-range options are the Portland Hotel (***) and the Legacy Chesterfield Hotel (***). A budget option would be the Ibis Chesterfield (**), which is also very close to the train station. If you’re looking for more of a home from home you could try the Maltings Serviced Apartments, just outside the town centre to the west. Mardon House offers luxury accommodation and is further out to the west, on the road to Chatsworth House. Another option would be the Olde House (****), which dates back to 1678.
The Markham Vale Guest Lodge offers bed and breakfast accommodation and is ideally located for the Markham Vale Business Park, a few miles to the east of Chesterfield.
