Can Pastilla is extremely close to Palma's international airport, and it is worth checking reviews of hotels incase there are reports of noise pollution caused by aircrafts.
If you want to stay in a hotel near the beach, the centrally located Alexandra Hotel and Anfora Hotel are both a sand grain’s throw away. Both of these 3-star hotels have terraces overlooking the beach, and there are many more hotels dotted around the streets in this area.
An excellent high-end option is the 4-star Pinero Las Arenas Hotel, which also has an extremely central location whilst still being close to the beach.
For those on a budget, the 2-star Bari Hotel would be a good choice. Renovated in 2003, this Can Pastilla hotel is equipped with a restaurant and other basic but adequate facilities.
