Cala Millor has come a long way since the building of its first hotel, the Hotel Eureka, in 1933. In the years that have followed, vast development has seen the resort grow to become a bustling enclave of high-rise hotels and apartment blocks.
Most of the larger Cala Millor hotels lie at the southern end of the beach with smaller establishments nearer the centre, close to the town’s main nightlife.
For a touch of luxury, you could go for the 5-star Hipotels Hipocampo Palace. This modern resort consists of two hotel buildings joined by a covered passage, and is set in 19,000 square metres of landscaped gardens.
A good 4-star option would be the Sabina Playa Hotel, which is located close to the sea, 500 metres away from the beaches of Cala Millor and Cala Bona
Closer to the centre of the resort, an excellent mid-range choice is the 3-star Aparthotel Club Cala Millor, which is part of the THB group of hotels.
For a budget hotel you could try the 2-star La Luna, which is north of Cala Millor in neighbouring Cala Bona, and overlooks the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
