Bodrum has accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets scattered in and around its pretty town centre, but the quietest places to stay are in the hills towards the east and in the west of town.
The 5-star Yasmin Hotel, south west of the centre, has a 1km private beach and many more tranquil bays, beaches and villages are nearby.
Another good centrally-located hotel in Bodrum is the 4-star Dolphin Aparthotel, which is located just 5 minutes walk from the best nightlife in the town.
Generally speaking, hotels located in the district of Gumbet, west of Bodrum town centre, are small and mid-range since the focus of the area is its nightlife. The 3-star La Rosa Hotel is a good option for a Gumbet hotel.
A good budget option is the 1-star Kalender Hotel, located in the tranquil village of Bitez, around 1km west of Bodrum town centre.
