As one of Europe’s most popular coastal resorts, Benidorm is suitably equipped with a vast choice of hotels and apartments. The majority are situated just minutes from Benidorm’s two main beaches, with high-rise accommodation affording great views of the Mediterranean.
The Levante area of Benidorm, located south of the centre, slap-bang on the coastline, is where the bulk of the hotels can be found and is a great base from which to explore the town. Levante also has a range of self-catering apartment rentals which are a popular alternative to mainstream hotels.
Situated east of Levante is Rincón de Loix, which is home to many of Benidorm's newest and most modern hotels. This area also benefits from its proximity to several popular theme parks and family attractions, such as the Aqualandia Water Amusement Park and the Mundomar Marine Exotic Animal Park.
If you’d rather avoid Benidorm’s hustle and bustle you may prefer to find accommodation in the Old Town, located in the centre of Benidorm, which is still within easy reach of the beaches, but with added character and charm.
Another good option for steering clear of the main crowds is Poniente, which is west of Levante, also on the coastline, and is a noticeably quieter side of the resort with a good selection of hotels.
If you’d rather be based outside of Benidorm altogether, the nearby family resort of Albir, north east of Benidorm, is within easy reach of the town and offers a variety of hotels and accommodation to suit all budgets and tastes. Albir appeals to many owing to its superb beach, the Playa de Racó de l'Albir, which remains relatively quiet, even during peak season.
